A message from the Zanger Company's Gloria Smith about a new initiative to collect clothes for underprivileged kids in Suffield.

Our community needs you. We envision enough hands joining together to form the warp and the weft to support our town’s most vulnerable members, children. Together we become the fabric that clothes the child.

On behalf of the Suffield Emergency Aid Association, the Zanger Company is calling upon our village to help clothe its children. We would be most grateful to receive clean, pressed and folded children’s clothes in good repair for children of all ages, from newborns through high school students.

Donations can be made at our location at 21B Kenny Roberts Memorial Drive, Suffield, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The simplicity of providing one of the human basic needs, clothing, to our community of children, reaps rewards for all. You as the donor share your good fortune. Our young recipients will maintain a dignified sense of self. In addition, the community as a whole will know it has graciously offered its youngest members kindness and love in a time of need.

Please feel confident all donations will remain in the town of Suffield. The Suffield Emergency Aid Association will match the needs of our children with the variety of clothing resources available throughout the seasons. Note that we will not be able to accept any type of undergarment.
