Suffield students received a golden ticket to perform in "Suffield Idol" after auditions took place early this month. Sponsored by the Suffield Elementary PTO, this year's variety show will take place at Suffield Middle School on May 18 at 5:30 pm.
The show features students from and . Performances range from instrumentalists, dance numbers, skits and, of course, lots of singing.
Mimicking American Idol, the night will have Spaulding and McAlister principals and teachers who will host and judge the evening performances.
"Come judge for yourself," said Kris Karam, who organized the event with Stephanie Salerno and Pam Nick. "You'll surely be impressed with Suffield talent!"
