Suffield’s 2nd Annual Empty Bowl Project Fundraiser

The Empty Bowl Project is an international effort to end hunger. Ceramic bowls are created then served a simple meal of soup and bread in. Guests will choose a bowl to use that day and keep as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world. All proceeds will be donated to the Suffield Emergency Aid Association and Action Against Hunger.

Students and faculty at the high school, middle school, McAlister and Spaulding have joined together in creating these bowls. Students in the cooking classes at the high school have made the soup. First come, first serve basis on your choice of a bowl.

150 bowls are for sale. Soup and a bowl are $10.00. If all bowls are sold then soup will be $5.00.
