What's Open and Closed on Presidents Day

Monday, Feb. 20, is a holiday for Suffield town government, post offices and public schools.

Municipal services and all public schools in Suffield are closed Monday. Post offices are closed in observance of the holiday as well.

DMV offices are closed Monday, as are state and federal government departments, branches and offices. Courts and libraries are closed as well. Banks may be open or closed, so call ahead if you are planning a trip to an area bank or credit union.

Most commercial businesses in the area are open on Presidents Day but some may be closed due to the holiday. Liquor stores are allowed to open and operate Monday.
