  • Renovations to Town Hall
  • Construction of a new library in the field next to Bridge Street School
  • Road and Drainage Upgrades
  • Replacement of Aging Fire Trucks.

Each of these items will be presented and the benefits of borrowing to complete these projects will be discussed. This is a particularly good time for borrowing money, as interest rates are at their lowest in generations. After the presentation, the public will then be given the opportunity to comment and ask questions.

Feedback received from the public will help the Boards of Selectmen and Finance determine the best course of action for bringing a bonding package to Town Meeting and ultimately a referendum for sometime in early 2011.
