An unidentified juvenile, 17, was charged with disorderly conduct and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, 1:00 a.m.

Jerick Gonzalez, 25, of 45 Madison Rd., Glastonbury, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree criminal trespass, 4:00 p.m.

Charles Campbell, 49, of 4034 Mountain Rd., Suffield, was charged with 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, 7:26 p.m.

Dec. 1

Joel F. Ziemnicki, 47, of 3 Rim St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, refusal to submit to test and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:00 a.m.

Dec. 5

Ceekee K. James, 39, of 29 Cabot St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and violation of probation, 3:54 a.m.

Dec. 6

Robert Laflamme, 45, of 357 Halladay Dr., West Suffield, was charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespass and 6th-degree larceny, 9:47 a.m.

Kathryn M. Pavel, 46, of 430 Thrall Ave., Suffield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 12:27 a.m.

Dec. 12

Shaun M. Phelps, 29, of 71 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, MA, was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and failure to wear safety belt, 12:13 p.m.

William F. Baskerville, 53, of 5 Bailey Rd., Enfield, was charged with 1st-degree sexual assault and 1st-degree unlawful restraint, 1:07 p.m.

An unidentified juvenile, 17, was charged with 3rd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree larceny and 3rd-degree criminal mischief, 4:00 p.m.

An unidentified juvenile, 17, was charged with 2nd-degree false statement, 4:00 p.m.

David J. Kozaczka, 57, of 1028 Mountain Rd., Suffield, was charged with 1st-degree sexual assault, impairing the morals of children and risk of injury to a child, 7:35 p.m.
