Jan. 28

Craig Tingley, 47, of 133 Bridge St., Apt. H-4, Suffield, was charged with disorderly conduct, at Laurel Court on Bridge St., 11:10 a.m.

Feb. 3

Michael D. Balboni, 51, of 16 Quarry Rd., Granby, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey stop sign and failure to drive in proper lane, on Copper Hill Rd., 12:32 a.m.
