Bryan Van Mil, 30, of 177 Weston St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit 3rd-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit 3rd-degree burglary, in connection with a call on Chestnut Dr., 9:33 a.m.

Feb. 17

Robert W. Sumner, 51, of 1030 Halladay Ave. W., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, refusal to submit to test and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a call on Halladay Ave. W., 7:14 p.m.

Feb. 19

Charles R. Gogulski, 27, of 306 Prospect St., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, refusal to submit to test and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a call on Sheldon St., 8:59 p.m.

Feb. 21

Nicholas A. Bovee, 49, of 141 Fourth St., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, refusal to submit to test and failure to have tail lamps or illuminate rear registration plates, in connection with a call on Thompsonville Rd., 11:57 p.m.
