Christine Swanson, 50, of 202 Cedar Ln., Torrington, was charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle, 2nd-degree false statement, operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile device and distracted driving, on Bridge St., 3:10 p.m.

Dec. 21

Tyron Jones, 18, of 46 Putnam St., Hartford, was charged with 3rd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree larceny and 3rd-degree criminal mischief, at the Spaulding School on Mountain Rd., 6:38 p.m.

Dec. 22

Sheila Fitzgerald-Andrade, 43, of 64 Bakers Creek Rd., Warwick, RI, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, on Wainscot Ln. and South St., 1:45 a.m.

Dec. 23

David Hamilton, 42, of 45 Savings Tower, Waterbury, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, at Broder Place on Bridge St., 6:59 p.m.
