ADULT RECREATIONAL VOLLEYBALL

Description:     Full body strength training and conditioning class for all levels.  Class will consist of 8-10 stations each hosting a different strength or cardio based exercise.  Free weights, tubing, medicine balls, rowing machine and much more will be used in this class.  Limited enrollment.  Registration deadline is Tuesday, September 17 and/or when the program is full.

 

DIVA DANCE FITNESS!

Description:     Join in on today’s hottest fitness sensation!!  This class is unlike any dance program.  It is a sassy way to a firmer, fitter body.  The class is fun, easy to follow, and totally inspiring.  It is a newer approach to exercise where you will move to the beat while toning your whole body.  It is a blast and is a confidence building class featuring several popular dance moves designed for all levels.  Even if you have never taken a dance class before, this class is for you!  Come learn the workout the fitness industry was built on and target your inner sassiness!  Limited enrollment.

LUNCHTIME WALKERS

Description:     Get in shape this fall!  Did you know you should be walking 10,000 steps a day?  Let’s enjoy the beautiful fall weather, get motivated and go on a lunch time walk.  All levels and abilities welcome.  We will go over warming up, fitness walking and have a fun time getting you re-energized for the rest of the day!  We will walk rain or shine so please bring proper gear.  Even if you can only walk for a half hour, you are encouraged to join the group!  Prizes will be awarded to the most dedicated walkers!!  Limited enrollment.

FULL BODY CONDITIONING

Description:     Combo of boxilates and resistance training.  In this class you will move between upper and lower body exercises every 60-90 seconds. Most exercises are done right from your mat.  Free weights, resistance bands, pilates machine, rowing machine and the total gym are used in this one of a kind workout.  Limited enrollment.

YOU CAN WRITE!

Instructor:          Wendy Pierman Mitzel-award winning writer
Description:     Are your kids so cute you’re inundated with funny stories?  Have you always wanted to write but have never really tried?  Or have you lost touch with your creative side?  For 75 minutes a week, treat yourself and your writing to a little TLC.  Write a little/write a lot.  Write poetry, write personal essays, write a book!  In these writing sessions, you’ll be given prompts to get the creative juices flowing as well as guidance and writing tips from award winning writer Wendy Pierman Mitzel.  As an added bonus, participants will have the opportunity to publish some of their work on Wendy’s official website www.realandrandom.com.  Please bring a notebook or computer.  Limited enrollment.  Registration deadline is Tuesday, September 24 and/or when program is full.

 

MEN’S RECREATIONAL BASKETBALL
