Concerned In Suffield, Neighbor

Is anyone concerned that the administration at Suffield High School thought it appropriate to conduct and auction where students were sold to the highest bidder and then were asked to perform whatever tasks their owners required of them for a day.  Is this the new way of education students in Suffield about slavery during Black History Month?
