WILD ALASKA

The Suffield Parks and Recreation Department is offering WILD ALASKA for mature children and adults.  The program will be held on Monday, Septebmer 30, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library.  Fee:  $10.00 (free for children ages 8 - 16), non-resident fee:  $15.00.  

This program covers many of the natural resources found in America's Last Frontier.  Informative facts about Alaska in general as well as a focus on three of it's most diverse National Parks, Denali, Katmai and Kenai Fjords.  A wide range of species will be introduced, including Coastal Brown Bears, Moose, various marine mammals, Caribou and more.  As always, this program will be supported with a variety of amazing photos Gary has taken over the years.  Limited enrollment.


Registration deadline is Tuesday, September 24 and/or when the program is full.
