Suffield High School-Class of 2003 Ten Year Reunion

Who: Suffield Class of 2003 (Including anyone who moved, went to private school, etc.) One guest per person.

Cost: $25/person

Format: Adult-Only Cocktail and Appetizer Reception

Drinks: Cash Bar. Reunion Drink Specials- $2.50 16oz Coors Light and Bud Light drafts, $4 house wine, and $5 well drinks; there are 19 beers on draft and a long mixed drink list!

Food: Appetizers/finger food, cake for dessert. The kitchen will be open until 12:30am for anyone who wants to order food outside of what the reunion will be providing. 

Accommodations: Hotel rooms at the DoubleTree will be blocked off at discounted rate of $89/night starting Aug. 13th. We will have rooms blocked off for Friday November 8, 2013 and Saturday November 9, 2013. Anyone interested in booking a hotel room at the discounted rate will need to do so by October 8, 2013. To get the rate call (860) 627-5171, and mention the SHS '03 reunion. Booking a room after this date will give people the standard room rate (which can range from around $109-$139/night). DoubleTree provides a free 24-hour shuttle to and from Bradley International Airport. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and hotel has a nice indoor pool.

Finances: People who have been marked off as paid will get a wrist band at the door. Must pay by Oct. 26th for an accurate head count.
