BOXILATES

Suffield Parks & Recreation Department, Neighbor

The Suffield Parks and Recreation Department is offering BOXILATES for adults.  The program will run Thursdays, September 26 - November 7, from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.  Fee:  $55.00, non-resident fee:  $65.00. 

Cardio Kickboxing and Mat Pilates combo.  Some strength training exercises will be added for a well-rounded fitness routine.  Limited enrollment.


Registration deadline is Tuesday, September 17 and/or when the program is full.
