Zero Dark Thirty, High School Sports and Walk to Work: Suffield's Daily 5

Good morning, Suffield! Today is Friday, April 5, 2013; there are 270 days left in the year.

Here's your Daily 5:

1. The historical drama Zero Dark Thirty will be shown Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library. The movie is rated R.

2. A pair of Suffield High School girls teams have their home openers Friday at 3:45 p.m. Softball hosts Ellington, while girls tennis entertains Tolland. Baseball, boys tennis, boys lacrosse and girls lacrosse are all on the road Friday.

3. April 5 is National Walk to Work Day, Go for Broke Day and National Raisin and Spice Bar Day.

4. Friday will be mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high temperature of 56, according to the National Weather Service forecast.  Friday night will be clear, with a low around 30.
