A warm welcome to the beginning of the weekend from Suffield Patch.
1. It will be sunny today, with a high temperature of 39 °F. The wind will come from the northwest at speeds between 6 mph and 14 mph. It will stay clear in the evening as the wind slows to speeds between 6 mph and 10 mph. The overnight low is 21 °F, according to the National Weather Service.
2. If all goes according to plan, Suffield Inn will be open and operating tonight. The restaurant and bar on Mountain Road had a "soft" opening earlier this week to work out the kinks and fine tune procedures.
3. Look for a new edition of Cami Beiter's "That's What She Said" column today. Cami visited with Liberty Tax Service's outdoor dancers to find out more about the unique job they perform.
