March 19: Suffield Inn Will Open Soon
A discussion with Miguel Mendoza, the new operator of Suffield Inn (formerly Suffield Tavern), yielded information about the restaurant's impending opening.
1. It will be sunny today, with a high temperature of 48 °F. The wind will come from the north at speeds between 7 mph and 14 mph. It will stay clear tonight and the overnight low is 24 °F. The wind will come from the north at speeds between 5 mph and 10 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
2. The Suffield Inn will open next week, according to new proprietor Miguel Mendoza. A soft opening is planned for the beginning of the week, with the grand opening (the exact date of which is planned to be a surprise) to follow soon after. Miguel will open the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and will offer a selection of American, Italian and Mexican cuisine. Look for more information soon on Suffield Patch.
