Aug. 24: Suffield EAA, Temporary Library, Home Safety

This week promotes and emphasizes safety in and around the home to eliminate senseless, home-related injuries.

4. CPR O Heart, located in Tolland, provides on-site training to businesses, municipalities, day care facilities, non-profit organizations, churches and private homes. They teach everything from basic CPR, automated external defibrillator training and first aid to babysitter safety courses, oxygen administration, pediatric first aid and CPR, wilderness first aid and much more. Part of maintaining safety in the home may one day require knowledge of these skills.
