Dr. Thomas V. Johnson Named Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association President

Thomas V. Johnson, DPM of Suffield, was named President of the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA). Dr. Johnson as been a practicing podiatrist in Enfield and South Windsor for over 25 years, withPodiatryCare and the Heel Pain Center, PC. His areas of expertise include; complicated forefoot surgery, flat foot surgery, athletic medicine and Botox for hyperhydrosis. Dr. Johnson completed his degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in New York where he was a Magna Cum Laude graduate and completed his surgical residency in Towson, Maryland. He is on staff at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Johnson Memorial Medical Center in Enfield and Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford Springs. Dr. Johnson is Board Certified, by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and in past years has served as Treasurer, Board Member and Vice President of the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Johnson was the recipient of the CT Secretary of State "Public Service Award" in 2005. Dr. Johnson is an active member of his community of Suffield serving on the boards of several local civic community organizations.
