Suffield Chamber Golf Tournament Postponed

The Suffield Chamber of Commerce’s 18th Annual Golf Tournament, scheduled to be held Thursday, has been postponed due to weather until July 11, according to the organization's website. 

The all-day event includes 18-holes, lunch and dinner with the $110 registration fee. Registration check-in is from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with four-person scramble and shotgun start at noon. Awards, raffles and a silent auction will follow a 6 p.m. dinner. 

Proceeds from the tournament benefit educational scholarships given by the chamber as well as support of local civic organizations and chamber members.

Prizes will be awarded for closest to pin, longest drive, closest to line and hole in one.

Various sponsorship opportunities are available and raffle donations are welcome.
