High and Low Fuel Prices for Sept. 21
Find the best deals in north central Connecticut and the surrounding area, along with the highest prices, here.
Connecticut residents are paying an average of $3.89 per gallon of gas Wednesday, 32 cents more than the national per-gallon average of $3.57. Drivers in the greater Hartford area are paying an average of $3.80 per gallon.
Connecticut's average per-gallon price remains high, underneath Alaska's, California's and Hawaii’s prices and tied with Washington’s average price.
The national per-gallon average fell 5 cents since Thursday, Sept. 15. The Connecticut state average also fell 5 cents in the same period, according to AAA.
