Business Expo, Bunny Visit and Egg Hunt

Popular Kids’ Event --“Welcome Spring: Egg Hunt and Bunny Visit” -- Joins Forces with Chamber of Commerce’s Suffield Business Expo

This year, two amazing events will take place on Sunday, April 1st at Suffield High School.  The “Welcome Spring Egg Hunt and Bunny Visit,” hosted by the Friends of Suffield, and the “Suffield Business Expo,” sponsored by the Suffield Chamber of Commerce, will offer fun for all ages.  Both events take place the same day, but have different hours and totally different - yet appealing - activities.

The “Welcome Spring Egg Hunt and Bunny
Visit”
will run from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is perfect for families with young children.  Activities at the two-hour event include: Bunny Visit (don’t forget your camera!); Egg Hunt; Egg Races and Games; Face Painting; Spring Kids’ Crafts; Dance Party; and a Petting Farm, featuring live, local farm animals.  Animals will be located outside the school’s front entrance. All other activities at the event will take place in the school’s gymnasium.

The “Suffield Business Expo” will run from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will offer attendees the opportunity to find out more about local businesses. The event will feature Special Promotions and Offers; a Silent Auction; a Crafters’ Corner; Food and Beverages; and Live Music. This five-hour event, also occurring in the high school gymnasium, will help you get to know more about the businesses right here in our community.

Lunch available-$5 sandwich, drink, chips or fruit

Both events are free and open to the public.  So whether you’re 8 or 88, make plans to stop by this fun-filled event.
