Suffield Teen Wins 2nd Video Contest Award

Suffield resident Mason Beiter won the local portion of the Lights, Camera, Save! contest for the second year in a row and received his prize Wednesday.

Suffield teen Mason Beiter won the top spot in the American Bankers Association's  Lights, Camera, Save! contest on the local level in town, where the contest was presented by the . Beiter won the local portion for the second year in a row.

Beiter, son of Suffield Patch columnist Cami Beiter, was presented with a $250 dollar check by Nancy Viggiano, interim president and chief executive officer of the bank. Beiter won the award with a stop-motion video on the importance of saving.

Beiter now moves on to the national portion of the contest, with more information pending from the American Bankers Association. The video has not been publicily released as of the publication of the article, but will be available as the national portion of the contest draws closer.
