Frugal Family: Week of March 21, 2011

It's Huggies week at many area stores.

We're all watching our family budgets these days. Whether shopping with coupons or looking for two-for-one deals, we're taking advantage of all sorts of offers and savings that help us stretch our dollars.

This week, it appears to be Huggies week and Frugal Family scoured our local sources to come up with great deals on diapers and baby wipes.

Deal, Mil rate unchanged or decreases, and town of Suffield spending decreases allowing families to maintain budgets. Any coupons for responsible town spending?
