Suffield WPCA hiring Wastewater Operator 1

The Town of Suffield, Connecticut WPCA is seeking applicants for the Wastewater Operator I position. The town of Suffield WPCF is a 2.02 mgd Treatment Plant with 19 pump stations & 65 miles of sewers. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent training and/or experience.  Must hold a current Connecticut Grade I operator’s license, also a CDL B with air brakes. Must be on-call one week per month & be able to respond for alarms within 30 minutes. The pay rate for this position $28.93 per hr.
