Description: Recreational basketball for men 18 yrs. and older. Participants should bring their own basketball. Limited enrollment. Registration deadline is Monday, December 30 and/or when program is full.
“Piloxing” Session 1

Description: Come try the latest Hollywood fitness craze! PILOXING uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. PILOXING is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen. Limited enrollment.

Rebounding Plus
Day: Monday

Description: This class will consist of a full upper body strength routine for the first half of the class. The class will then jump into a combo of core exercises and cardio work. This is all done on the “rebounder” (mini-trampoline) making this workout fun, interactive and one of a kind! Class size is limited to six for quality individualized attention. Limited enrollment.

Diva Dance Fitness!

Description: Join in on today’s hottest fitness sensation!! This class is unlike any dance program. It is a sassy way to a firmer, fitter body. It is a blast and is a confidence building class featuring several popular dance moves designed for all levels. Even if you have never taken a dance class before, this class is for you! Description: Join this calorie burning and toning class that is a combo of boxilates and resistance training. In this class you will move between upper and lower body exercises every 60-90 seconds. Most exercises are done right from your mat. Free weights, resistance bands, Pilates machine, rowing machine and the total gym are all used in this one of a kind workout. Limited Enrollment.
