Suffield Native Helps PR Firm Get Recognized

Suffield native Tim Dupuis' efforts as business development coordinator for Southington public relations firm Image Marketing Consultants gained the company a spot as one of the Hartford Business Journal's top 25 advertising and public relations agencies.

Image Marketing Consultants (IMC), a Southington-based public relations firm, credits the hiring of Suffield native Tim Dupuis with helping the firm land a spot on the Hartford Business Journal’s list of top advertising and public relations agencies.

Dupius, who joined IMC in early 2011, was the first hire made by owner and operator Kate Terricciano Sirignano after years of operating IMC as a solo venture. Sirignano and her small group of employees are celebrating the agency’s inclusion in this month’s Hartford Business Journal  “Book of Lists” as one of Hartford County’s top 25 advertising and public relations agencies.

Dupuis graduated from in 2006. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree in mass communications from Assumption College before joining the Southington-based advertising and PR firm.

IMC has grown rapidly and decisively thanks to the focus and energy of their young staff, which has helped clients including the American Red Cross, Winterberry Gardens, Puerto Vallarta Restaurants, William B. Meyer, Inc. and more than a dozen others reach advertising and public relations objectives.

“We may lack years of history, but we more than make up for it in confidence, enthusiasm and our independent spirit,” Dupuis said.

IMC is a marketing, event management and public relations firm that focuses on the regional media market and reaches throughout the northeast corridor.
